Return & Refund Policy for Dailystore.pk
At Dailystore.pk, we take pride in the quality of our imported toiletries and chocolates. If you
are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Return Period
    You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Any return request
    made after this 7-day window will not be entertained.
  2. Condition of Items
    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
    ● Toiletries: Must be unopened and unused. The original factory seal must be intact.
    Due to hygiene reasons, any personal care product with a broken seal cannot be
    returned.
    ● Chocolates: Must be in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns
    for chocolates that have been opened or partially consumed.
    ● Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the original brand packaging provided.
  3. Proof of Purchase
    You must present the original invoice (digital or physical) sent with your order to validate your
    return.
  4. Shipping Costs
    ● Company Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, expired
    product, or damaged packaging), Dailystore.pk will bear all return shipping costs.
    ● Customer Preference: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (change of
    mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
  5. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    ● Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 business days.
    ● Method: The refund will be transferred directly to the Bank Account provided by the
    user. Please ensure your account details are accurate to avoid delays.
  6. Damage Claims (Unboxing Policy)
    To ensure a smooth claim process for damaged or missing items, we strongly recommend
    customers record a short unboxing video when opening their parcel. This serves as definitive
    proof of the condition of the goods upon arrival.
